Introducing the Global Business Team
CMSLab’s Global Business Team drives sales strategies across key international markets, including Asia, the Americas, and Europe. We are a dynamic, growth-driven team that works closely together to tackle a wide range of challenges. By using data to analyze situations and make informed decisions, you will sharpen your strategic and analytical thinking skills. Working with a variety of channels and partners, you will also gain valuable insights into the global beauty industry.
As a Global B2B Sales Associate, You Will:
- Manage all aspects of global B2B sales targeting English-speaking countries OR Vietnam OR Russia & CIS countries (target location will be assigned based on your specialty), including communication with international partners and development of new accounts
- Plan and execute promotions to drive global sales growth
- Manage inventory and plan/set up bundled or promotional product sets
- Analyze data by channel and develop sales strategies based on insights
We're Looking for Someone Who:
English-Speaking Countries
- Has English proficiency at a business level or higher
- Has more than 3 years of experience in overseas B2B sales
- Understands the global K-beauty industry and beauty distribution channels
- Possesses a solid understanding of and experience in export operations
- Has business level proficiency in Korean
Vietnam
- Has Vietnamese language proficiency at a business level or higher (both spoken and written)
- Has experience working with clinic-based brands
- Understands the K-beauty business and beauty distribution channels in the Vietnamese market
- Possesses a solid understanding of and experience in export operations
- Has business level proficiency in Korean
Russia & CIS Countries
- Has at least 1 year of experience in global B2B sales
- Possesses a solid understanding of and experience in export operations
- Understands the K-beauty business and beauty distribution channels in Russia and CIS countries
- Has business level proficiency in Korean
It’s a plus if you have:
English-Speaking Countries
- Experience developing beauty brands targeting global markets
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C online channels
- Proficiency in business-level English communication and writing
- A strong understanding of various global channels
Vietnam
- Experience developing beauty brands targeting global markets
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C online channels
- Proficiency in business-level English communication and writing
- A strong understanding of various global channels beyond Vietnam
Russia & CIS Countries
- Experience developing beauty brands targeting global markets
- Experience working with clinic-based brands
- Proficiency in business-level English or Russian (both written and spoken)
- A strong understanding of various global channels
Working Conditions
- Full-time (3-month probation period)
