Introducing the Global Business Team
CMSLab’s Global Business Team drives sales strategies across key international markets, including Asia, the Americas, and Europe. We are a dynamic, growth-driven team that works closely together to tackle a wide range of challenges. By using data to analyze situations and make informed decisions, you will sharpen your strategic and analytical thinking skills. Working with a variety of channels and partners, you will also gain valuable insights into the global beauty industry.
As a Global B2B Sales Associate (Russia & CIS), You Will:
- Manage all aspects of global B2B sales targeting Russia and CIS countries, including communication with international partners and development of new accounts
- Plan and execute promotions to drive global sales growth
- Manage inventory and plan/set up bundled or promotional product sets
- Analyze channel-specific data and use insights to shape sales strategies
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has Russian language proficiency at a business level or higher
- Understands the K-beauty industry and beauty distribution channels in Russia and CIS countries
- Has business level proficiency in Korean
It’s a plus if you have:
- A solid understanding of and experience in export operations
- Experience working with clinic-based beauty brands
- The ability to conduct business conversations and write professionally in English
- Knowledge of various global sales and distribution channels
Working Conditions
- 1-Year Contract (possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance review at the end of contract)
