Introducing the ​Global ​Business ​Team

CMSLab’s Global Business ​Team drives ​sales ​strategies across ​key international ​markets, ​including Asia, the ​Americas, and ​Europe. We are a dynamic, growth-driven team that works closely together to tackle a wide range of challenges. By using data to analyze situations and make informed decisions, you will sharpen your strategic and analytical thinking skills. Working with a variety of channels and partners, you will also gain valuable insights into the global beauty industry.


As a Global B2B Sales Associate (Russia & CIS), You Will:

  • Manage all aspects of global B2B sales targeting Russia and CIS countries, including communication with international partners and development of new accounts
  • Plan and execute promotions to drive global sales growth
  • Manage inventory and plan/set up bundled or promotional product sets
  • Analyze channel-specific data and use insights to shape sales strategies


We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has Russian language proficiency at a business level or higher
  • Understands the K-beauty industry and beauty distribution channels in Russia and CIS countries
  • Has business level proficiency in Korean


It’s a plus if you have:

  • A solid understanding of and experience in export operations
  • Experience working with clinic-based beauty brands
  • The ability to conduct business conversations and write professionally in English
  • Knowledge of various global sales and distribution channels


Working Conditions

  • 1-Year Contract (possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance review at the end of contract)
