Introducing the Global Marketing Communication (GMC) Team
CMSLab's GMC Team plans and manages content marketing and influencer campaigns for the global market. We primarily run influencer marketing focused on English-speaking countries, effectively delivering brand messages through social media content. With a strong sense of global beauty trends and a deep understanding of content, the team is expanding consumer touchpoints around the world. As a Global Influencer Marketer, You Will Be:
- Discovering and communicating with influencers in English-speaking countries
- Analyzing social media content performance and conducting research
- Supporting product shipments and campaign operations
- Managing influencer content and preparing reports
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has over 1 year of marketing experience or relevant work in the beauty industry
- Familiar with and frequently engaged with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and YouTube short-form/long-form content
- Majored in marketing, advertising, video production, or psychology, or has relevant experience in video planning (with references)
- Has strong interest in and understanding of marketing and content in general
- Has business level proficiency in Korean
It’s a plus if you have:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
- Actively run a personal social media account on various topics
- Strong interest in the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Frequently been exposed to ads on Instagram and TikTok with a history of making purchases through them
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance review at the end of contract)
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (flexible start/end times)
